Objective: Using Odoo’s inventory module at a key user level.

 

Course Description

 

  • User profile, Odoo views, creating filters, user default settings, dashboard, followers, messages, and activity log.
  • Core inventory module settings, operations and routes.
  • Product records, product categories, units of measure.
  • Inventory forecasting, reservations, replenishment rules.
  • Warehouse operations: goods receipt, picking, dispatch, and returns.
  • Stocktaking.
  • Reporting.
  • Client-specific examples.

 

Learning Outcomes

 

Upon completion, the participant:

  • Understands the core settings of the inventory module.
  • Can design the warehouse process in Odoo.
  • Has knowledge of Odoo’s goods movement logic and can independently create basic rules.
  • Can perform stocktaking in Odoo.
  • Can effectively manage warehouse operations using routes and rules to optimise warehouse processes.
  • Can create and customise various reports.
  • Has the knowledge and skills to adapt or improve the warehouse process according to company needs.

  • Volume: 15 academic hours total, of which 7.5 hours are independent work and practical exercises.
  • Language: English
  • Duration: up to 2 months
  • Price per participant: €890 + VAT

 

Completion Requirements

 

Participants who achieve the learning outcomes and successfully pass the assessment receive a certificate. Those who do not participate in the assessment or do not pass receive an attendance confirmation. An attendance confirmation is also issued if the participant discontinues the course — in that case, only the topics attended are listed.
