2. Constraint-based planning — Factor in material availability, tooling, operator skills, and machine dependencies when placing orders.
3. Visual planning interface — See your full production load across work centres on a single screen. Drag and drop to reschedule, with downstream impacts recalculated automatically.
4. What-if scenarios — Test the impact of rush orders, machine breakdowns, or added shifts before committing to a schedule.
5. Bi-directional Odoo sync — Every scheduling change writes back to Odoo Manufacturing. Planners and floor supervisors work from the same data.

APS 4 Odoo is not a standalone planning system that exports CSV files into your ERP. It reads and writes Odoo manufacturing data natively, including BOMs, routings, work centres, and manufacturing orders. Your planning stays within the same system your operators, warehouse, and procurement teams already use.
