Objective: Using Odoo’s field service module at a key user level.
Course Description
- User profile, Odoo views, creating filters, user default settings, dashboard, followers, messages, and activity log.
- Core field service module settings. Setting up and structuring the workflow within the module.
- Implementing the field service process.
- Worksheets and worksheet templates.
- Work schedule and planning.
- Reporting.
- Client-specific examples.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion, the participant:
- Understands the core settings of the field service module.
- Can design the field service process in Odoo.
- Can systematically use worksheets and worksheet templates to manage and document field service work.
- Can create and use work schedules and plan field service activities.
- Has knowledge of product and order management.
- Has the knowledge and skills to adapt or improve the field service process according to company needs.

Completion Requirements
Participants who achieve the learning outcomes and successfully pass the assessment receive a certificate. Those who do not participate in the assessment or do not pass receive an attendance confirmation. An attendance confirmation is also issued if the participant discontinues the course — in that case, only the topics attended are listed.
