Document Management Module Training in Odoo

Objective: Using Odoo’s document management modules at a key user level.

 

Course Description

 

  • User profile, Odoo views, creating filters, user default settings, dashboard, followers, messages, and activity log.
  • Core settings.
  • File management, creating and sharing folders. Collecting documents from other modules. Tagging. Compatibility with other modules.
  • Templates. Creating and managing articles, hierarchical folder-based structure, assigning permissions, keyword-based search and filtering.
  • Document preparation, creating and configuring templates, adding additional fields to documents. Signature tracking.
  • Creating spreadsheets and visualising data in the dashboard module.
  • Client-specific examples.

 

Learning Outcomes

 

Upon completion, the participant:

  • Understands the structure and core settings of the modules.
  • Can manage documents, add files, create and structure folders, share documents, and assign permissions.
  • Can configure automatic document collection from various modules. Can tag documents. Understands the options for linking documents with other modules.
  • Can create and manage articles, organise them using a hierarchical folder-based structure, assign access permissions, and use keyword-based search and filtering.
  • Can prepare signable documents. Can create and format templates. Can send documents for signing and track signature status.
  • Can create spreadsheets, visualise data, and display them in the dashboard module.

  • Volume: 5 academic hours total, of which 2.5 hours are independent work and practical exercises.

  • Price per participant: €300 + VAT

 

Completion Requirements

 

Participants who achieve the learning outcomes and successfully pass the assessment receive a certificate. Those who do not participate in the assessment or do not pass receive an attendance confirmation. An attendance confirmation is also issued if the participant discontinues the course — in that case, only the topics attended are listed.
