Objective: Using Odoo’s marketing module at a key user level.
Course Description
- User profile, Odoo views, creating filters, user default settings, dashboard, followers, messages, and activity log.
- Core marketing module settings.
- Email marketing: creating and sending campaigns, managing contacts, and creating segments based on target groups.
- Setting up and monitoring automated workflows. Scheduling campaigns. Performance metrics.
- SMS marketing: creating and sending campaigns, managing contacts, and analysing results.
- Social media marketing: creating and scheduling posts, managing social media channels, and monitoring engagement and statistics.
- Surveys: creating and structuring surveys, collecting responses, and analysing results.
- Client-specific examples.
Learning Outcomes
- Upon completion, the participant:
- Understands the core settings of the marketing module.
- Can create and send email campaigns and manage contact segmentation.
- Can create and monitor automated workflows and schedule campaigns.
- Can create and manage SMS campaigns.
- Can schedule and monitor social media campaign results.
- Can create surveys, collect responses, and analyse results.
- Can apply learned knowledge in specific client cases.

Completion Requirements
Participants who achieve the learning outcomes and successfully pass the assessment receive a certificate. Those who do not participate in the assessment or do not pass receive an attendance confirmation. An attendance confirmation is also issued if the participant discontinues the course — in that case, only the topics attended are listed.
