Objective: Using Odoo’s accounting module at a daily user level.

 

Course Description

 

  • User profile, Odoo views, creating filters, user default settings, dashboard, followers, messages, and activity log.
  • Core accounting module settings.
  • Taxes, chart of accounts, VAT returns.
  • Entering purchase and sales invoices, including invoices related to stock items.
  • Controlling inventory and production entries in accounting.
  • Budgets and analytics.
  • Reporting.
  • Client-specific examples.

 

Learning Outcomes

 

Upon completion, the participant:

  • Understands the core settings of the accounting module.
  • Knows the relationships between accounts, taxes, and fiscal positions.
  • Can enter and verify purchase and sales invoices.
  • Can control inventory and production entries.
  • Can reconcile bank statements and set up automated bank reconciliation rules.
  • Can create client-specific views.
  • Can configure budgets and analytics.

  • Volume: 30 academic hours total, of which 15 hours are independent work and practical exercises.

  • Price per participant: €1,770 + VAT

 

Completion Requirements

 

Participants who achieve the learning outcomes and successfully pass the assessment receive a certificate. Those who do not participate in the assessment or do not pass receive an attendance confirmation. An attendance confirmation is also issued if the participant discontinues the course — in that case, only the topics attended are listed.
